Tecta America Corp. Announces Acquisition of G&W Roofing; Continues to Add to their Commercial Roofing Operations

SKOKIE, IL (November 1, 2001) - Tecta America Corp. today announced the acquisition of G&W Roofing through it's Potteiger-Raintree subsidiary. G&W Roofing has facilities in Washington, D.C. and Ocean City, MD. The acquisition brings the number of Tecta companies to 11 with 19 locations in total and over 1300 employees. G&W Roofing was founded in 1994 by Glenn Wood and has over 80 employees.
