management team and key personnel have tenure of up
to forty years with us. This team skillfully handles
a work force that varies from 200 to 350 people depending
on the current workload.
To ensure our standards of quality work in an industry
where application techniques and product technology
are constantly changing, Construction Services places
a strong emphasis on training and education.
We have implemented in-house
training programs approved by the Department of Labor
for instructing our field personnel. Training includes
up-to-date videos on application techniques, safety
and product information, as well as group discussions
and problem solving. Classroom training is complemented
by on-the-job training where hands-on experience is
developed.
Our training program stresses
safe work habits just as strongly as it does quality
craftsmanship because we realize the equal importance
of both to the success of each project.
